Climate Smart

Climate Smart is a comprehensive training program that uses workshops, online tools, and one-on-one technical assistance to help enterprises measure and profitably reduce their carbon emissions.

Climate Smart has partnered with 1800-GOT-JUNK? to provide the research, training, and tools necessary to enable 1800-GOT-JUNK? to take an industry-leading position on tracking and reducing greenhouse gas emissions in their operations. 1800-GOT-JUNK? has participated in the Climate Smart training workshop series and is using Climate Smart's online GHG management tool to measure a baseline CO2 inventory. Climate Smart is also researching best practices in measuring emissions from waste and quantifying reduction estimates for waste diversion.

The National Safety Alliance of Canada was formed by a group of safety, engineering, legal and business professionals. Their vision is to pave the way for diverse industry clients, franchise owners, and other proactive Canadian based organizations to promote safety and reduce corporate risk.
