As President & COO, Launi Skinner is responsible for the growth of the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand in North America and Australia. An exceptional leader, Launi’s focus is on driving revenue through the increased productivity of Franchise Partners and on building a rigorous international expansion program.

Named one of “Four Women to Watch” by Fortune Magazine, Launi joined 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the summer of 2008. Launi says what attracted her most to the company were the great people, the opportunity to develop and execute a plan to grow the company to its next level of success, and her love of the brand. Launi’s passion, energy, and experience are a natural fit for 1-800-GOT-JUNK?.

Before joining 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, Launi was President of Starbucks U.S. A Starbucks partner for more than 14 years, Launi began her career as a District Manager in B.C. before her leadership and organizational skills earned her the position of Vice President, Starbucks Canada. Before accepting the role of President of U.S. Operations, Launi was Senior Zone Vice President for the Northwest U.S., and later Senior Vice President, Store Development U.S., opening in excess of 600 stores per year and managing the assets of more than 6,000 stores, as well as leading global store design.

Launi received her Business Administration diploma from Okanagan College in B.C. and has also been a Certified General Accountant. Participating in the community is important to Launi, who is currently a Board of Trustee for the Northwest Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle, WA.

When she is not running the World’s Largest Junk Removal Service, Launi spends time with her family and pursuing outdoor activities.
