As Vice President of Marketing and Commercial Sales, David St. James is focused on continuing to build our globally admired brand through strategic objectives, innovative marketing programs and world class PR. Utilizing performance based management and his passion for marketing and commercial sales, David recognises our growth opportunities and works with his teams to realise the potential of our Franchise Partners and our market opportunity.
David joined 1800-GOT-JUNK? in March 2006 as Sales and Marketing Manager for the Toronto franchise, the first and largest franchise within the system. David began to work with other Franchise Partners including the launch of service to New York City and Melbourne and has a proven track record in helping the growth of some of our largest franchises.
Before joining 1800-GOT-JUNK?, David could be seen on the Shopping Channel in Canada as Product Presenter for Bose. In addition, David worked as an Account Manager, Product Trainer and Field Representative for Bose. Since he was 15 he worked in his family business, St. James Stereo in Thunder Bay, Ontario. This experience helped David realise at an early age that building a brand and growing a business is about creating a lasting customer experience and offering value in each client interaction; this is the foundation for every success David has built.
David and his family currently call Vancouver their home.
